How long will my order take?
Every piece is made to order and printed fresh just for you. Production takes 2–5 business days, plus shipping time. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What does "made to order" mean?
Instead of mass-producing thousands of shirts that sit in a warehouse, we print your item only after you order it. You get a fresh print every time — and nothing goes to waste.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Our tees and hoodies have a classic retail fit — if you're between sizes or like a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.
Can I put my own design, photo, or logo on a shirt?
Yes! Our Custom Design T-Shirt lets you add your own photo, logo, or artwork. For teams and businesses ordering 12+ pieces, check our Wholesale page for bulk pricing.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days. Because every item is printed just for you, personalized/custom items can't be resold — please see our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping times and rates are shown at checkout.
