All products at NovaWaveUSA are made to order via our print partner. Each item is printed specifically for you after you place your order.
30-DAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on all products. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. To start a return or exchange, contact us at novawaveny@gmail.com or +1 8623788544.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, has a print defect, or differs from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before production begins. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
